"Move To" & "Copy To" on the Context Menu
To the windows power user who like me is always copying and moving files around. Here's a neat workaround to
simplify that. Get "Move To" or "Copy To" options just by right clicking a file or folder
Steps (Note: Everything within the quotes " " should be typed exactly as it on this page. Without the quotes of course)
1. On your start menu search for "regedit" and open it OR Hold down the key with the windows logo on and press R in there box types "regedit" and press enter
2. Navigate to "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers"
3. Right click on "ContextMenuHandlers" and select new key and give it the name "Copy To".
To your right double click "(Default)" and set the value to "{C2FBB630-2971-11d1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}"
4. Repeat step 3 above but name the new key "Move To", and set the value to "{C2FBB631-2971-11d1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}"
Exit the registry, the changes take effect immediately
The copy to folder and move to folder options will appear when you right click on any file or folder. Post in the comments sections for comments suggestions, queries, anything really and i'll respond ASAP
